The Downtown Partnership exists to promote and champion all of Downtown Colorado Springs and undoubtedly you – as an individual, business, community organization and/or government entity - share many of the same goals of sustaining a vibrant and economically strong Downtown community. With that said, we invite you to become a member of the Downtown Partnership.

Associate Level
$250 Annually
Enterprise Zone Tax Credits are available for donations of $500 or more to support the Downtown Partnership. This credit is taken on your Colorado income tax return and amounts to 25% of your CASH donation, or 12 ½ for non-cash. The Downtown Partnership was instrumental in the creation of the Imagine Downtown Plan, the primary blue print for Downtown as well as the Downtown Colorado Springs Business Improvment District (BID) , the Downtown Development Authority (DDA), and Community Ventures (CV). The Downtown Partnership is the managing organization for the BID, DDA, and CV.
